Salad with vegetables and chicken in yogurt sauce


Hello everyone! 
Today I wont show you the recip for excellent salad. 
This salad is very easy and tasty! 
Ingredients are simple, but togheter form a great duo.
I made it yesterday and I will make it for Easter. 
My brother ragaled this salad his friends in school- I prepared it for a competition.
All ate it very fast and took second helpings :)
I'm sure that I persuaded you to do this salad- really worth!

To prepare salad we need:
  • One broccoli
  • Three tomatoes (or two big)
  • Can of corn (without GMO)
  • 250g chicken breast
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 50g flaked almonds
 For marinade:
  • Two spoons olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Sweet red pepper
  • Herbes de Provence
For yogurt sauce:
  • 150g plain yoghurt
  •  Salt, pepper
  • Garlic (two big cloves)

Preparation:

  1. Cook the broccoli.
  2. Cut tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Cut feta cheese also into small pieces.
  4. Drain a can of corn.
  5. Wash the chicken and then cut it into fairly large cubes.  Translate to a bowl, mix it with the marinade ingredients.
  6.  Roast the almonds on a dry skillet until slightly browned. Pass it to a small bowl. Then, on the same pan fry the marinated chicken.
  7. In bowl mix cool, cut broccoli, tomatoes, feta cheese, can of corn, chicken and almonds. After mix it with yoghurt sauce.

Yoghurt sauce:

  1. Finely chop garlic.
  2. To bowl pour plain yoghurt. Mix it with salt, pepper and garlic. Moreover, you can give dill.
